Reservation Cancellation

You may cancel your reservation up to 7 days before the start of your activity without providing any reason. The deadline for canceling a reservation is 7 days before the scheduled activity date.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us by making a clear statement via email at: renzodavidkitesurfing10@gmail.com.

We will refund you no later than 30 days from the day we receive your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued via cash or bank transfer, and no additional fees will be incurred for this refund.

Refund Conditions for Cancellations

To receive a refund for a kitesurfing activity, the following conditions must be met:

• The cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance.

• The 30% deposit will be fully refunded if weather conditions do not allow the safe completion of the activity. We monitor weather conditions daily to ensure the sessions are safe and optimal.

No refunds will be issued for the following situations:

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the activity.

• No-shows on the day of the activity without prior notice.

Refunds for Weather-related Cancellations

If weather conditions prevent the activity from taking place safely, we will offer a full refund of the deposit or the option to reschedule for a new date at no additional cost.

Final Payment

The remaining 70% balance is due at the end of the activity. We accept payments through secure payment links without any additional fees, ensuring a direct and efficient payment process, avoiding high commissions from external platforms.
