How can I book a kitesurfing course, and what payment methods are accepted?
To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid before the course starts. We accept payments via Bancolombia, Llaves, Nequi, Nu, Wire Transfer (WIRE + ACH, IBAN SEPA) or Credit/Debit Card (with a 3.9% processing fee).
Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?
Our refund policy is as follows:
100% refund for cancellations made at least 4 days before the scheduled start date.
50% refund for cancellations made between 72 and 96 hours before the course.
No refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the course.
What happens if the course is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances?
If the course is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), you will receive either a full refund or a credit valid for 12 months.
Can I reschedule my course if I can’t attend on the reserved date?
Yes, a one-time rescheduling is allowed with at least 24-hour notice, subject to availability. However, rescheduling is not permitted for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session.
Is accident insurance included in the course?
Yes, all participants are covered by accident insurance during the course. However, we strongly recommend having personal travel insurance that covers adventure sports.
Do I need to bring my own equipment, or is it provided?
All necessary kitesurfing equipment is provided as part of the course.
What happens if I damage the equipment during the course?
Participants are responsible for the equipment. Any damage caused due to misuse will be charged accordingly.
What if I don’t show up for my scheduled session?
No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Is signing a liability waiver required before starting the course?
Yes, since kitesurfing is an extreme sport, all participants must sign a liability waiver before starting the course.
